What it’s like to be a ComCare Representative
Like all Customer Service Representatives, ComCare representatives make sure customers receive exceptional service. As ComCare specific reps, they help assess the need for assistance and are in charge of the initial intake and assessment with customers that apply for energy assistance programs. They work within their department to help develop program changes, advocate for customers in a respectful and refer customers to resources for other utility assistance, housing, food, financial, medical and other basic living needs.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
