What it’s like to be a Construction Coordinator
Construction Coordinators work with both builders and customers to ensure the electrical needs of construction projects are met. They work with customers on construction related questions, provide residential and commercial requests for new or altered electric service, coordinate jobs as they move through departments (design, operations, tech services) to ensure essential data and details are processed and complete. Essentially, they act as a liaison between the customer and builder for all electrical matters until the project is complete.
Education: Minimum 2 years work experience in Utility related customer service and or training in residential/commercial construction practices.
