What it’s like to be a Key Accounts Manager
Key Account Managers provide customer service, information, technical advice, and support for commercial and/or industrial utility accounts. They work with these accounts to help design and implement conservation programs and help analyze their bills, energy loads, metering options and other pertinent energy information. Key Account Managers also manage quality control process of proposals, energy analysis, inspections, metering, and equipment commissioning. Their role can look different depending on the needs of the various accounts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education/Experience: Engineering degree or another Advanced degree.
