What it’s like to be a Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives act as a utility ambassador to ensure the customer receives excellent service. They handle customer requests, help determine customer needs for assistance, deal with billing and service concerns and refer customers to the appropriate department or employee. Most importantly, they serve customers in a friendly, courteous manner and treat them with respect and dignity.
Education/Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum three years’ general customer service experience.
